Dr David Nguyen has been working in health care and supporting patients for over ten years. He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to offer advice and direction to people looking to make informed decisions about their wellbeing. He is interested in all aspects of general practice, but in the past he has worked in areas focused on men’s, refugee, and adolescent health.

Dr Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland in 2007, and later, a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 2011. He also achieved a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2016.

Dr Nguyen began his career working at Ipswich Hospital, where he spent two years completing an internship and residency. Later, he moved to Melbourne to continue further training in general practice, which allowed him to obtain his fellowship. During his seven-year stay in Melbourne, he worked at various locations as a GP. In 2021, he returned to Brisbane, working in Woolloongabba, before coming to Sinnamon Park Medical Centre.

Dr Nguyen has always had an interest in medical science and was inspired to pursue a career in the medical profession by seeing other doctors at work, providing support and sharing their knowledge. He is passionate about helping his patients become healthier individuals and feels privileged to join them on their journey.

During his spare time, Dr Nguyen enjoys indoor rock climbing.
